What we collect

• Join the Club: your name, either an email address or a phone number (your choice), and for phone sign-ups whether you opted in to texts (and when).
• Contact form: your name, how to reply, and your message.
• Spam protection: a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your network address, kept for about a day to limit abuse. We cannot read your address from it.

How we use it

Only to tell you about club meetups and activities, and to answer your messages. We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers. We use no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Emails

If you join with an email address, we may send occasional club emails about meetups and community news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Text messages

We only text people who ticked the optional text box. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Joining the club never requires agreeing to texts.

Children

Parents or guardians should sign up on behalf of young players. If you believe a child's information was submitted without a parent's consent, contact us and we'll delete it.

Where it's stored

Data is stored in a private database that is not publicly readable. Only club organizers can access it, behind a password-protected dashboard.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the deletion request form or the contact form. An organizer verifies and removes your record.
